Christine received a Masters of Music from
the Eastman School of Music. Ms. Ayala participated for five
years in the Opera Under the Stars productions in Rochester, New
York. She performed the title role in Carlisle Floyd’s folk
opera Suzzana at MCC. She was alto soloist at Temple Beth
Israel for six years and performed the alto solos during last
year’s High Holy Days at Temple Beth Sinai. She was a member of
Gloria Musicae for 10 years and currently sings with The Florida
Voices. She also sings and is a Victorian Caroler with A Tempo,
a vocal jazz quartet. A voice teacher at MCC for 13 years, Ms.
Ayala is in her ninth year as Choral Director at Sarasota
Christian School.
